We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and are 100% committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. When registering for an account or at various stages of the checkout process you will be asked to provide certain information; invoice address, delivery address, name etc. This information will enable us to effectively process your order and manage your account, it is not collated for any other purpose.

We do not store customers Financial Information (Credit or Debit Card Details)

We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so.

If you sign up to our newsletter we will send you periodic emails about new product launches, special offers and sales. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials you may opt-out at any time. If you choose not to sign up to our newsletter the only emails that we will send you will be essential order related emails (order confirmation & dispatch notifications).

Our customers security is our main priority and for your peace of mind we have taken every possible precaution to ensure your personal information is protected. We use the secure pay through paypal to protect your credit card details.

When you've finished shopping and are ready to checkout you will move into the secure payment area. You will remain in this secure section for the entire checkout process.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. Please therefore check this page frequently to ensure that you are happy with any changes.


Returns and refunds


In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us at within seven working days of receiving the parcel.  Please note that all items need to be returned within 14 days complete and in a reasonable condition.

Made to order personalised products may not be returned unless faulty.

Where possible we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the costs associated with this. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include your name and address details. We would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
